The World’s Largest Swimming Pool?

It’s just one of those sights that simply
takes your breath away.
This man-made wonder is 1013 meters
long covers 80 acres, its deepest end
reaches 115ft and it holds 66 million
gallons of water. If you want to take a dip
in the world’s largest swimming
pool you’ll have to travel to San Alfonso
del Mar in Algarrobo, Chile, where a
computer-controlled suction and filtration
system continuously pumps water from
the ocean, keeping it crystal clear.
Although it wasn’t cheap, costing around
$2 billion to build and another $4 million/
year for maintenance, the pool seems to
be worth it as it has been attracting huge
crowds of curious tourists, since it
opened.

Photo: 39-year-old LA Woman Has The World’s Largest Hips, Measure 8 Feet.

A 39-year-old woman recently took the
title for having the world’s largest hips.
Measuring a whopping 8-feet around, for
Mikel Ruffinelli, buying clothes and
traveling outside the house are just small
challenges in her everyday life. Even with
the extra effort needed for everyday
tasks, this full figured lady loves every
inch of her body.
“I love my shape and I see no reason to
diet because I don’t have health
problems,” 39-year old Mikel Ruffinelli
insists. “I love Mexican food, English
breakfasts and chips. My husband finds
my shape sexy and we have an amazing
time in bed – there’s no position we can’t
do! He tells me I’m beautiful every day.
Men don’t fancy skinny girls, they like an
hourglass figure.”
“In the past, I was self-conscious about
my hips and tried milkshake diets, but
they didn’t work. As I got older, I learned
to love my body and now I’m not afraid to
show it off.”
Mikel says she lives life to the fullest with
her longtime spouse and even worked as
a plus sized model in the past.
“When men disrespect her on the street
in front of me it doesn’t go down well. I
have to show them who’s boss,” says her
husband Reggie Brooks.
Mikel Ruffinelli loves her body, loves her
life, and has no plans to slim down
anytime soon.

9 Tips for Talking to Women And Attract Them Like Crazy.

Many men are never taught how to
talk to women. Because of this many
guys go through life without the ability
to attract a woman.
Here are 15 tips to help make sure you
aren’t making mistakes with the women
you’d like to attract:
1. You should talk about
“emotional” topics like childhood
memories, future ambitions, or
her passions. These conversation
topics will open up her emotional
floodgates.
2. Women want a guy who is not
afraid to lead her. While talking to
a woman take control of the
conversation. Never wait for her to
dictate what you’ll be talking about.
3. Pay attention to the non-
verbal cues a woman is giving
you. If you’re standing too close to
her, accidentally spitting when you
talk, or making her feel
uncomfortable in any way… she will
send you hints. Pay attention to
them.
4. Remember this motto “Fun not
Funny.” Women are attracted to
men who allow them to have fun.
Don’t concentrate on having the
funniest jokes. Concentrate on
showing them the most excitement
and enjoyment.
5. Tease women. One of the
easiest ways to take a conversation
to a fun and flirty level is to begin
to tease women. Think back to your
time on the playground. In the
world of dating… what worked on
the playground is effective all over
again.
6. Get intimate with her. Women
are turned on by men who are not
afraid to take a conversation to a
personal, intimate level.
7. Use things like “cold reads” to
turn women on. Women love to
hear opinions about themselves.
Tell her what you observe about
her.
8. Avoid complimenting a woman
too much. Women are turned off
by men who come across as
“needy.” If you are complimenting
a woman too much she will think
you’re trying to impress her. Which
will have the opposite effect.
9. If you want to know how to
talk to women in a way that
doesn’t bore them … Avoid asking
too many “interview” style
questions. Instead state your
opinion about things.

Informative: Good Diet Keeps Pain Away – Health Experts

Do you know that you are as healthy as
what you eat?  Do you know that your diet
plays an important role in your general
well–being?  Your choice of diet not only
determines the level of your health
status but plays a role in damaging…..
your pain. When we experience pain, the
first thing most of us do is reach for a
bottle of pills. Aspirin and
ibuprofen drugs are able to counter our
aches and pains, because they are anti-
inflammatory.
However, experts say while pills are
sometimes necessary, there is also an
often-overlooked option that minimises
pain: our diet. Certain healthy foods have
anti-inflammatory properties, similar to
aspirin and ibuprofen.
Probably the best known anti-
inflammatory food is salmon. A potent
source of omega-3 fatty acids, salmon
eases inflammation and has been shown
to benefit people suffering from
rheumatoid arthritis.
Another well-known anti-inflammatory
powerhouse is green tea, which has
flavonoid compounds that ease pain.
Spices are effective, as well. If you love
curry, then you will love this news:
turmeric, with its active ingredient
curcumin, has been compared favourably
to ibuprofen in fighting pain. Ginger is
also a great way to add some zing to your
meal and fight pain while you are at it.
There are all kinds of fruits and
vegetables that provide anti-
inflammatory benefits. The easiest way to
find them is to seek out the bright and
colourful sections in the fruits shops.
Chances are the more that the colourful
produce will fit into an anti-inflammatory
diet regimen: think of leafy greens,
berries, red grapes, cherries, and
oranges, and you’ll be well again.
To keep pain at bay, it’s just as important
to avoid foods that aggravate
inflammation. These foods include sugar,
refined grains (white bread), and the
trans fats in processed foods.
Furthermore, although there is much
more fun in eating tasty foods than taking
pills for your pain, experts advised that
you do not substitute it for your doctor’s
prescribed medicines.
Wise dietary choices may be a savvy
complement to your doctor-
recommended medication and also a
strong deterrent to age-related pain as
you get older.

Planning To Get A Tattoo? Here Are The Dangers

Tattoos have become increasingly popular
in Nigeria in recent years, but along with
that comes a rise in problems such as
allergic reactions and infections, an
expert says.
More than one-third of Americans aged
18 to 25 report getting a tattoo, according
to the Pew Research Center. But if you’re
thinking about getting “inked,” there are
some things to consider before you head
to the tattoo parlor.
“Since tattoos are not regulated in any
way, there are many unknowns that could
pose potential problems for consumers in
terms of the inks and tools used,” Dr.
Michi Shinohara, a clinical assistant
professor of dermatology at the
University of Washington in Seattle, said
in an American Academy of Dermatology
news release.
“It is especially important for consumers
to be aware of the potential risks, report
any problem that develops to the tattoo
artist and see a board-certified
dermatologist for proper diagnosis and
treatment,” Shinohara added.
Tattooing inks have changed a great deal
over the years and many modern tattoo
inks contain organic azo dyes with plastic-
based pigments that are also used
industrially
Allergic reaction to the tattoo pigments is
one of the most common problems
associated with tattooing. Infections also
can pose a serious threat to health. Along
with localized bacterial infections, there
have been reports of people being
infected with syphilis and hepatitis B and
C due to non-sterile tattooing practices,
Shinohara said.
Skin cancer is another potential risk
associated with tattoos because they can
make it hard to detect cancer-related
changes in moles. If you get a tattoo,
make sure it’s not placed over an existing
mole.
A tattoo can also cause a reaction that
creates a bump that resembles a type of
skin cancer called squamous cell
carcinoma. Because it is hard to
distinguish from skin cancer, the bump
could lead to potentially unnecessary and
expensive skin cancer treatment,
including surgery, Shinohara said.
Advice for people who want to get a
tattoo:
Go to a professional tattoo parlor
and to a tattoo artist who is
licensed according to state
requirements. Insist on seeing
tattoo equipment in sterile
packaging.
Tell the tattoo artist if you have a
reaction. If a problem lasts more
than one to two weeks, see a
dermatologist.
People with a chronic skin condition
such as psoriasis, eczema or a
tendency toward keloid scarring
should check with a dermatologist
before getting a tattoo.
Do not get a tattoo over a mole.
Doing so will make it more difficult
to diagnose a problem if the mole
changes in the future.
Or simply forget about having a
tattoo.
In printing, textiles and car paint, many
unknowns exist about how these new
tattoo inks interact with the skin and
within the body.

7 Skin Mistakes You’re Making Right Now.

Wondering how to take better care of
your skin? When it comes to your skin,
there’s a lot of information out there,
along with a lot of products, and a lot of
skin care myths, that may be making it
harder for you to take care of your skin.
So what are some things that you
definitely need to avoid in order to
maintain healthier skin?
Skin No-No’s That Are Hurting You
1. You have no idea what your skin
type is. If you don’t know your skin type,
then you’re probably using the wrong
products. Using the right ingredients can
make a significant difference in the
appearance of your skin. To help you
figure out what type of skin you have,
please read The Key To Flawless Skin.
2. You’re not using SPF. This is one skin
health fact worth repeatinng – darker skin
tones need sun protection, too! One
unpublished study by Unilever showed
that using just SPF 5 every day for five
years prevented significant sun damage.
Do yourself and your skin a favor and use
a moisturizer with at least SPF 15.
3. You’re getting too much sun
exposure. 10 to 15 minutes of
unprotected sun a few times a week can
help your body get its vitamin D fix, but if
you’re outside for an hour a day without
sunscreen, your skin will eventually
remind you of this.
4. You’re not using the right cleanser
for you. If you have dry skin, a foaming
cleanser will only make matters worse.
But for oily skin, cleansers that are too
rich may make those sebaceous glands go
crazy. Talk to your dermatologist about
the best skincare products that meet your
personal needs.
5. You’re not using a retinoid. Most
dermatologist’s agree that the family of
vitamin A creams known as retinoids are
the best night creams, and that everyone
over the age of 20 should be using a
retinoid at night. Why? Retinoids may
help prevent aging and will smooth
wrinkles you already have along with
preventing acne and exfoliating the skin.
6. You’re exfoliating too much. How do
you know how much to exfoliate? Again, it
depends on your skin type. If your skin is
dry, too much exfoliation strips lipids
from the skin, and sensitive types can
experience even more inflammation.
Exfoliation is best for oily, resistant types
of skin.
7. You’re not getting an annual skin
exam. Did you know that your skin is
your largest organ? Just as you’d
(hopefully) get your other body parts
checked out at least once a year, you
should also be checking in with a
dermatologist for a full-body skin exam.
Believe it or not, it’s not that hard to have
healthier skin. By following the above
guidelines, as well as talking to your
doctor, eating healthy (including drinking
8-10 glasses of water every day) and
exercising, you can have more beautiful
and healthy skin not just for today, but
tomorrow as well.

Beware! Drinking Plastic-bottled Water ma increase Obesity.

Are plastics thwarting your best weight
loss efforts? You may not want to believe
this but taking plastic bottled water may
be a stumbling block to all the efforts you
are putting into shedding some fat.
A new study from Harvard School of
Public Health and published in the journal
Environmental Health found that
commonly-found toxins in plastics are
linked to both general obesity and
abdominal obesity. Known as Bisphenol A
or BPA for short, these hormone
disruptors have been primarily found in
plastic, including plastic food and
beverage packaging.
Harvard scientists studied the effects of
BPA to see low-dose exposures of the
toxin increased abdominal or general fat
in humans. They were aware of previous
studies showing that low-dose BPA
increased obesity in rodents. The
scientists assessed the urinary BPA
concentrations, body mass index, and
waist circumference in 2747 adult men
and women ranging in age from 18 to 74.
Their findings aren’t surprising given the
toxin is a known hormone and
metabolism disruptor. The higher the
urinary concentrations of BPA (indicating
higher exposures), the more likely a
person was obese and experiencing
abdominal obesity. The adults with the
highest amounts of BPA in their urine
were 75 percent more likely to be obese
than those with the lowest amounts of
BPA.
They concluded that “higher BPA
exposure is associated with general and
central obesity in the general adult
population in the United States.”
As a result of studies like the Harvard
one, toxins like BPA, PCBs
(polychlorinated biphenyls), and
phthalates are increasingly being referred
to as “obesogens.”
You can do your best to reduce your
exposure to BPA by following the tips
below.
6 Ways to Reduce Your BPA Exposure
1. Avoid plastic water bottles. Get a high
quality, BPA-free stainless steel reusable
water bottle and refill it.
2. Avoid using plastic food storage
containers. Opt for glass or stainless steel
instead.
3. Avoid microwaving food in plastic
containers.
4. If you must use any plastic, be sure it is
BPA-free.
5. Stop using plastic cooking utensils.
Choose renewable bamboo instead.
6. If you’re choosing plastic toys for
children, be sure they are BPA-free.
5 Other Things You Can Do to Protect
Yourself
1. Eat a diet high in fiber since fiber binds
to toxins like BPA to help escort them out
of the body.
2. Eat more beans.
3. Add a scoopful of brown rice fiber to
your smoothie or as a supplement to bind
to BPA.
4. Drink green tea to help burn fat.
5. Use metabolism-boosting spices like
cayenne and other chilies.
Follow the above tips see what happens
as you try to lose some weight and stay
healthy.

5 Ways To Work Out Like A Celebrity

Kickboxing
If you want to burn calories fast, you’ve
got to raise the intensity. Skip the jog,
and instead, attend a kickboxing class.
Within one hour, you can burn 500 or
more calories. And instead of focusing on
just your abs or arms, this all-over body
workout tones everything.
3-Day Cleanse
We’re not advocates of crazy detox
cleanses. (All you’ll do is slow your
metabolism). However, cutting out all
processed foods for three days will flesh
all the bad stuff out and give your
metabolism a little kick. Stick to a diet of
greens, lean protein and low-sugar fruit,
like berries.
Cut Out Sodium
The simple act of cutting out excess
sodium will eliminate water weight (and
that icky bloating around your middle).
Check labels in processed foods, like
frozen dinners and salty snacks. You
shouldn’t be consuming more than 500
mg of sodium daily.
Exercise In The Morning
An easy way to boost your metabolism is
by working out in the morning. Even if
you don’t have time to hit the gym, a 15-
minute routine can do the trick. Create a
routine of equipment-free exercises like
planks, squats, and bicycle crunches.
Swap Out High-Calorie Drinks
You can eliminate hundreds of calories
daily just by cutting out high calorie
drinks. Juices and even milk pack in a lot
of sugar that slows the metabolism,
causing the sugar to be stored as fat
around the stomach. Instead, drink
flavored waters, like Hint Water, that
derives its taste from fruit, not artificial
sweeteners. And don’t forget about high
calorie cocktails! With happy hour season
in full swing, swap your pina colada for a
lower calorie vodka soda.

Obasanjo Calls Okorocha A Failure.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo is
known for not letting people go scot free
if he feels insulted by their words or
actions. A show of his person came again
on Saturday in Abeokuta, the Ogun State
capital when he described Imo State
Governor, Rochas Okorocha as a failure.
Obasanjo said this just as the Chairman of
the Peoples’ Democratic Party, Alhaji
Bamanga Tukur, likened the current crisis
rocking the ruling party as a “surgery”
which must bring some pain to members.
Obasanjo who was responding to guests
who spoke during the grand finale of a
civic reception organised in his honour by
the South West Zone of the PDP said
there was no way he could associate with
Okorocha who had jokingly referred to
the former President as his “colleague.”
The Imo governor had earlier in his
speech talked about his days as Special
Adviser on Inter-Party Affairs to
Obasanjo, saying he gave the ex-President
advice that resulted in the good decisions
that Obasanjo took while in office.
“Obasanjo is indeed PDP. But in the actual
sense, he’s a national leader. He does not
belong to the PDP alone but a national
leader of Nigeria. If I have another
opportunity to advise him, I will tell him
to be the national leader of the country
and not the national leader of the party.
“We are here to give honour to whom
honour is due. Obasanjo will remain
immovable and unshakable. He is a man
that is very difficult to describe. He
represents different things to different
people. But for me, he represents a
former colleague. We both ran for the
office of the President of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria. And later when he
appointed me as his adviser, I gave him
all the good advice.
“All the good things he did for those eight
years, I advised him but all the bad ones
he did, I travelled out of the country. I
want to join Nigerians to celebrate this
icon — this great and steadfast Nigerian,
who is not afraid of fighting any battle.
But when he starts fighting he doesn’t
stop until he finishes fighting. He’s a
general’s general and a soldier’s soldier,”
Okorocha said.
In his message, Governor of Akwa Ibom,
Godswill Akpabio, in his message
immediately came to Obasanjo’s defence
and told Okorocha that, “I was not as lucky
as Governor Okorocha to work with him
Obasanjo. So I did not give him advice.
I’m very sure that even the few things
that he did were actually taken out of the
bad advice of APGA where Rochas
Okorocha must have represented. Baba, I
say the good ones are from you, not from
him (Okorocha).”
Obasanjo must have been boiling with
anger or maybe just disgust where he sat.
The former president when he spoke said
he could not be a colleague to Okorocha.
“I met Okorocha a long ago by virtue of
the fact that he was brought up in Jos —
one of the few cities that I found in the
fifties and seventies as a genuine melting
pot in Nigeria. He is a true Nigerian and
when he wants to pull me down, he will
say we are colleagues. How can I be a
colleague of a failure? You are a failure in
contesting the presidency of Nigeria!”
Obasanjo said.
Tukur in his speech said the crisis-ridden
PDP was undergoing a surgery in which
pains must be felt for the ruling party to
get over its current unhealthy state.
He said, “Let us fight and win unity,
peace, development for our dear nation.
The surgery we have started in our party,
the PDP is in line with our vision for a
better society and the aspiration of all
Nigerians. In this surgery we are aware
we must lose some blood, undergo some
pains and challenges but surely the result
will eventually be one sacrifice that we
made for ourselves.”

Fight Anyone Who Says You Look Like Omo Baba, Taribo west.

We were told he’s the ugliest Nigerian
celebrity, but who cares about looks when
he has money?(Did I just speak your
mind?). Fagade Olufemi Ademola
popularly known as Omobaba is one of
the most successful comedians in Nigeria,
although we’ve not heard much from him
lately. No thanks to his looks, fans think
he should be regarded as the ugliest
celebrity in Nigeria. If they are right, how
worse would things have become if he
was affected on Sunday, April 29 when he
escaped a fire outbreak around GRA,
Ikeja, Lagos. His car caught fire while he
was on his way to City People Awards
show he was billed to perform at.
Another celebrity we believe should
contend with Omo Baba for this accolade
is ex-super eagles defender, Taribo West.
Despite the dreads he tried using to
make a fashion statement, his looks still
didn’t impress anyone. Hardly does
anyone know where Pastor Taribo is now,
but we can never forget his looks.
Good thing is they all marry beautiful
ladies and born cute kids. The looks could
well end with them. Beauty is in the eyes
of the beholder like they say. But which
other celebrity can compete for top spot?

Cures For Men’s Top 5 Skin Problems

What are men’s top skin problems and
treatments?
As tough and rugged as men are
sometimes perceived to be, it may come
as a surprise that their skin can actually
be very sensitive. Harmful chemicals and
infections, cuts, scrapes, overexposure to
sunlight, sweat, and stress can make male
skin react in many less-than-ideal ways.
Acne
Pimples aren’t just an issue for
teenagers…unfortunately. Humidity,
stress, heavy sweating, or the use of
steroids can cause blemishes. Even if
you’re the figure of perfect personal
hygiene and diet, you’ll still see flare-ups.
In fact, washing your face too much can
cause acne to get worse.
If your acne is bad enough to rattle your
confidence, see a primary care physician.
If you’re dealing with a more moderate
situation, try a 5 percent, over-the-
counter, benzoyl-peroxide skin wash from
your local drug store, and use it twice a
day.
Razor Burn
Razor burn can affect a man’s skin in
many different ways, from a couple hours
of mild discomfort to a rash to blisters to
acne.
Interesting, your shaving technique may
not be the problem (as long as you’re
shaving in, and not against, the direction
of hair growth). Instead, make sure that
you:
Wash your face with warm water
before you shave.
Always use new, properly
sharpened blades (or clean blades
with an electric shaver)
Use shave gel, cream, or even hair
conditioner.
Shave in short, deliberate strokes.
If you do suffer from post-shave
irritation, apply an aloe-based cortisone
cream or an aftershave lotion with
vitamin E to help soothe the skin.
Athlete’s Foot
If you work out, you’re naturally more at
risk for athlete’s foot. Why? Because this
common fungus multiplies in public areas
such as communal showers, locker rooms,
and gyms. While the infection typically
starts between your toes, it can quickly
spread to your toenails and other parts of
your feet.
Fortunately, most cases are easily
treatable with over-the-counter creams,
such as Lotrimin and Lamisil. More
severe cases of athlete’s foot may require
prescription medication. Call your doctor
if home remedies aren’t helping after a
week.
Remember that it’s also very important to
wash and dry your feet twice a day.
Dark Eye Circles
Most men neglect their facial skin,
particularly the areas under their eyes.
While dark circles can often be genetic,
not getting enough sleep and eating
poorly won’t exactly help the situation,
genes or not.
The top ways to alleviate dark circles
include:
Eating more fruits and vegetables
Drinking more water
Exercising
Taking the time to relax
Getting more sleep
Another useful tip: It may not feel like
the most manly of things to do, but an
occasional face mask and/or applying
cucumber slices to tired eyes may be
helpful as well.
Jock Itch
The same fungus that causes athlete’s foot
can also cause itchy, red rashes in the
groin area. This condition can be very
common in men who sweat a lot.
Doctors recommend over-the-counter
antifungal treatments such as Lamisil AT.
While most infections respond well to
these treatments, if you find that your
skin isn’t healing after a week, talk to your
doctor.
Reduce your rash risk by:
Showering daily.
Keeping your groin area dry
Changing your underwear daily
Making sure that whatever you
wear down there is clean and fits.

Why Maku’s Attacking Lagos, Edo States – Oshiomhole

Edo State governor, Comrade Adams
Oshiomhole has berated the Minister of
Information – Mr Labaran Maku for
claiming that most of the motorable
roads in the state were constructed by
the Federal Government.
Maku had recently stated that the federal
roads in Edo were so smooth that one
could spread a mat and lay on it but
apparently piqued by the minister’s
statement, Oshiomhole, who spoke
through his Special Adviser on Media and
Publicity Prince Kassim Afegbua, said the
allegation was nothing but a “height of
crass irresponsibility and rudderless
leadership”.
He said it was not appropriate “for any
serious-minded public officer to mount
the podium of public discourse to
advertise falsehood and distort facts so
unashamedly to please the hollow rituals
of his master’s ears.
“Rather than own up to failure and
inability to meet certain targets, they go
about whispering ‘sweet-nothings’ as the
lullabic tinge to send their master to
sleep when the nation is suffering from
unimaginable infrastructural decay”, he
said.
The governor also noted “The fact that
Edo and Lagos states did not grant space
to Labaran Maku and his co-travellers on
that ill-advised good governance tour, is
not enough grounds for him to be telling
Nigerians bogus lies in such an inelegant
manner, undeserving of a public officer
feasting on tax payers money.
“We will implore Labaran Maku to go into
the corner of his bedroom and ask God
for forgiveness over his rabblerousing
presentation in the name of being a
government megaphone, presenting
apocryphal report card and deceiving a
nation that is already livid with anger
over PDP’s non-performance”, he said.

Doctor do good.....A MUST READ.

A MUST READ
A doctor entered the
hospital in hurry after being
called in for an urgent surgery.
He answered the call asap,
changed his clothes & went
directly to the surgery block.
He found the boy's father pacing
in the hall waiting for the
doctor.
On seeing him, the dad yelled:
"Why did you take all this time
to come? Don't you know that my son's life is in
danger? Don't you have any
sense of responsibility?"
The doctor smiled & said: "I am
sorry, I wasn't in the hospital &
I came as fast as
I could after receiving the call.
And now, I wish you'd calm down
so that I can do my work."
"Calm down?! What if your son was in this room
right now, would you calm down? If your own son
dies now what will you do??" said the father
angrily
The doctor smiled again &
replied:" I will say what Job said
in the Holy Book
'From dust we came & to dust
we return, blessed be the name
of God.' Doctors cannot prolong lives. Go
&intercede for your son, we will
do our
best by God's grace"
"Giving advises when we're not
concerned is so easy "
murmured the father.
The surgery took some hours
after which the doctor went out
happy,
"Thank goodness!, your son
is saved!" And without waiting
for the father's reply he carried
on his way
running." If you have any
question, ask the nurse!!"
"Why is he so arrogant? He
couldn't wait some minutes so
that I ask about my son's state"
commented the
father when seeing the nurse
minutes after the doctor left.
The nurse answered, tears
coming down her face:"His
son died yesterday in a road
accident, he was in the burial
when we called him
for your son's surgery. And now that he saved
your son's life, he
left running to
finish his son's burial."
Moral-Never judge
anyone.....because you never know how their life
is
&what they're going through"
If you have ever judged anyone
wrongly before
comment "Forgive me God".
.Ignore if you don't care..
FORGIVE ME GOD!!

Relationships: How to Handle a Jealous Partner.

Jealousy can cause a lot of problems in a
relationship, especially when it’s not
tackled in time. Here are a few ways to
nip jealousy in the bud before it destoys
your relationship
1. Don’t Give Your Partner a Reason to be
Jealous
This is the basic rule in order to avoid
your partner’s jealousy. If you really love
him/her, you should control your instincts
and try to avoid any form of betrayal. In
this way you will prevent yourself from
having to deal with any type of
difficulties.  Don’t cheat, don’t arouse
jealousy, and don’t give your partner any
reason to be insecure, skeptical and
controlling.
2. Think about Your Relationship
You should first ask yourself if you truly
love your partner. If you do, and you
really want your relationship to continue
and evolve, then you will have to face his/
her insecurity and try to find a way to
help your relationship.
3. Address Your Partner’s Anxieties
Don’t pretend that the problem doesn’t
exist .The best way to deal with a jealous
partner is to talk about his/her fears, and
discover where his insecurity comes
from. In this way you will encourage a
solution to the problem, which will
greatly benefit your relationship.
4. Find out the Source of Your Partner’s
Insecurity
Jealousy and similar emotional
insecurities can often be a result of
previous great life traumas, which need
to be talked through out loud. Was your
partner seriously hurt by an ex who
cheated on him and now he’s afraid you
are going to do the same? Did his parents
betray each other? Talk to your partner
and show your understanding and
willingness to help them through the
hurt.
5. Build Your Partner’s Confidence
As I’ve mentioned above, in most cases
jealousy comes from personal
insecurities. Help your partner increase
his/her self-esteem and build self-
confidence. Remind your partner always
that you love all their wonderful qualities
and be generous with compliments.
Reassure your partner that no one can
replace them in your heart.
6. Honesty is the Best Policy!
Be honest with your partner. In moments
when you feel nervous and anxious, don’t
lie. Express your feelings. Tell the truth as
much as you can. Don’t make up excuses
such as work, family problems or similar.
You will just end up lying and entangling
yourself in messy situations. Sooner or
later, the truth will come out, and this
will make everything worse
7. Don’t Allow Them Control You
As much as you care about your partner,
your life doesn’t belong to them so you
can’t let them have total control over you.
Consider their feelings as much as you
can but sometimes you just have to put
your foot down and avoid being
manipulated. Love is not a prison, don’t
let anyone make it so for you.

Ruth n d Begga

Saw this Online and decided to share with y'all ...
Ruth went to her mail box and there was only
one letter.
She picked it up and looked at it before opening,
but then she looked at the envelope again.
There was no stamp, no postmark, only her
name and address.
She read the letter:
Dear Ruth:
I`m going to be in your neighborhood Saturday
afternoon and I'd like to stop by for a visit.
Love Always,
Jesus
Her hands were shaking as she placed the letter
on the table. 'Why would the Lord want to visit
me?
I'm nobody special. I don't have anything to
offer..'
With that thought, Ruth remembered her empty
kitchen cabinets.
'Oh my goodness, I really don't have anything to
offer. I'll have to run down to the store and buy
something for dinner.'
She reached for her purse and counted out its
contents. Five dollars and forty cents.
Well, I can get some bread and cold cuts, at
least..'
She threw on her coat and hurried out the door.
A loaf of French bread, a half-pound of sliced
turkey, and a carton of milk...leaving Ruth with
grand total twelve cents to last her until
Monday…
Nonetheless, she felt good as she headed home,
her meager offerings tucked under her arm.
'Hey lady, can you help us,lady?'
Ruth had been so absorbed in her dinner plans,
she hadn't even noticed two figures huddled in
the alleyway.
A man and a woman, both of them dressed in
little more than rags.
'Look lady, I ain't got a job, you know, and my
wife and I have been living out here on the
street, and, well, now it's getting cold and we're
getting kinda
hungry and, well, if you could help us. Lady, we'd
really appreciate it.'
Ruth looked at them both.
They were dirty, they smelled bad and frankly,
she was certain that they could get some kind of
work if they really wanted to…
'Sir, I'd like to help you, but I'm a poor woman
myself. All I have is a few cold cuts and some
bread, and I'm having an important guest for
dinner tonight and I was planning on serving that
to Him.'
'Yeah, well, okay lady, I understand. Thanks
anyway.'
The man put his arm around the woman's
shoulders, turned and headed back into the
alley.
As she watched them leave, Ruth felt a familiar
twinge in her heart.
'Sir, wait!'
The couple stopped and turned as she ran down
the alley after them.
'Look, why don't you take this food. I'll figure out
something else to serve my guest.'
She handed the man her grocery bag.
'Thank you lady. Thank you very much!'
'Yes, thank you!' It was the man's wife, and Ruth
could see now that she was shivering
'You know, I've got another coat at home.
Here, why don't you take this one.'
Ruth unbuttoned her jacket and slipped it over
the woman's shoulders.
Then smiling, she turned and walked back to the
street....without her coat and with nothing to
serve her guest.
'Thank you lady!
Thank you very much!'
Ruth was chilled by the time she reached her
front
door, and worried too.
The Lord
was coming to visit and she didn't have anything
to offer Him.
She fumbled through her purse for the door key.
But as she did, she noticed another envelope in
her mailbox.
'That's odd. The mailman doesn't usually come
twice in one day.'
Dear Ruth:
It was so good to see you again.
Thank you for the lovely meal.
And thank you, too, for the beautiful coat.
Love Always,
Jesus
The air was still cold, but even without her coat,
Ruth no longer noticed.

Topic: Nigerian Man, Alexander Amosu Designs The Worlds Most Expensive Champagne

Alexander Amosu has been tagged ‘the
bedazzle king’ and he truly is that. He once
made the world’s most expensive suit, now
he has designed the world’s most expensive
Champagne bottle.
The bottle has been estimated to cost
about $1.8 million(290 million Naira) and
the price is very well justified, the bottle
comes with a real diamond! Goût de
Diamants, a luxury champagne brand
joined forces with Alexander to create this
bottle. As a way to indulge their specific
market class, they have released a series of
luxury champagne which includes the
beauty above called ’Taste of Diamonds’.
Although the beverage inside is
spectacular, the high cost is not actually for
it but the diamond that the individual is
purchasing. It would make a great keep,
way after the drink is gone.
The bottle flaunts an 18ct white gold
superman-like tag that weighs an approx.
48gm along with a single flawless deep cut
white diamond weighing 19cts fitted at its
center. The color of the bottle, black gives
it a mystical feel that intrigues the senses.
The bottle is a complete show off that
would easily boost the buyers ego and get
him noticed once it’s in hand.

A mother has defied odds of 500,000 to one by giving birth to her third set of twins - baby girls Rowan and Isla.

Karen Rodger, 41, and husband Colin, 44,
from Langbank in Renfrewshire were "over
the moon" at the new arrivals to their
family on May 29 at the Southern General
Hospital in Glasgow.
The girls, who are not identical, were
delivered by caesarean section with Rowan
arriving first, and two minutes later Isla.
The couple already have four boys - 14-
year-olds Lewis and Kyle, and Finn and Jude
who are both 12 - and were told of the
unlikely odds that Mrs Rodger's third
pregnancy would be twins.
The happy mother says: "I just could not
believe it. It never crossed my mind that it
would be twins again, I just thought that
just doesn't happen to people like me, but
I'm absolutely delighted."
Mrs Rodger found out during a scan six
weeks into the pregnancy and sent a text
with the news to her husband.
"He thought I was joking and immediately
wrote back to say 'this is not funny'. I had to
explain that it really was true," she said.
"I still haven't really taken it on board
because I was convinced I was having two
boys."
The couple are looking to convert the loft
of their house into bedrooms for their
eldest twins so that the girls can have their
own room.
Mr Rodger described the arrival of the
twins as "life-changing" and said he was
looking forward to raising daughters.
"Boyfriends will be completely
unacceptable. I think the girls are going to
have five dads with the boys looking out for
them, too, and it will be a frightening
gauntlet for any boyfriend to run."
