New Sleep Study Says 6-8 Hours A Night Is Best.

:  A
team of British and Italian researchers
recently announced findings of their
review of 16 sleep studies. After
extensive review of over 1.3 million
study participants from Asia, Europe and
the U.S., they found the magic number is
still eight (six to eight to be exact). People
who sleep less than six hours a night are
up to 12% more likely to die prematurely
than those who sleep for six to eight
hours a night. Sleeping too much (more
than nine hours a night), on the other
hand, might be a sign of serious illness.
The new findings, which reinforce prior
recommendations, provide solid evidence
of the direct link between adequate shut-
eye and longevity.
If you are having trouble sleeping look
